Yep.  That's me all right.​

The day may come when I feel the need for a fancy black & white artsy photo of myself on this page.  Today is not that day.  



So what can I tell you ... I love writing.  A lot.  Even the editing and proofing bits that get a little tedious... yep, I love that too.  And of course, I love reading.  Some favourite YA authors include (but are not limited to):  Veronica Roth (I want to be her when I grow up, even though I'm older than she is), Sarah J Maas, Tamora Pierce, Kiera Cass, Jane Yolen, Marie Lu.  Favourite authors of other genres:  Stephen Lawhead, Philippa Gregory, George R R Martin (even BEFORE the current and well-deserved craze), Margaret George, Douglas Adams, Lisa See, Maeve Binchy, Joel Rosenberg, JK Rowling, AA Milne, Ted Dekker... the list goes on.  Books are amazing. 



I also love traveling, painting, sarcasm, all things Disney, and my puppy.  Oh, and I just like smiling.  Smiling's my favourite.  



If I could have tea with any three celebrities they would be Veronica Roth, Nathan Fillion, and Taylor Swift.  True story.  But I may ask Veronica and Taylor to leave early.
